چکیده
Abstract Background Anatomic variation may increase the difficulty and risk of anatomic segmentectomy. The preoperative three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography angiography (3D-CTBA) can provide a detailed model segmental structure, contribute to precise safe Case presentation This is case anomalous bronchi pulmonary vessels in right upper posterior segment (RS 2 ). Under guidance 3D-CTBA, RS segmentectomy was performed accurately safely. postoperative condition uneventful. Conclusions rare highlights importance 3D-CTBA guild accurate with variation.

A 39-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital for a pure ground-glass opacity that had been detected in the right lung during a regular examination. A computed tomography scan showed a pure ground-glass opacity beneath the pleura of the right upper lobe of the lung that had enlarged over time. As a consequence, a lung adenocarcinoma was suspected. Meanwhile, three-dimensional computed tomogr...
متن کاملPULMONARY BLASTOMA: REPORT OF A CASE AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE
We describe a case of pulmonary blastoma, a rare primary lung malignancy which affects a younger population. This tumor contains both mesenchymal and epithelial elements. Pulmonary blastoma tends to relapse locally and metastasizes mainly in the first few years. It has a poor 5-year prognosis, and shows a potentid radio-chemosensitivity. Because these tumors are considered malignant, surgic...
متن کاملProlonged Hemoptysis Caused by Primary Pulmonary Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma; A Case Report and Review of the Literature
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a vascular tumor with an intermediate malignant potential. This tumor is very rare in the lung parenchyma, and most of the previously reported cases have been asymptomatic. There is no standard therapy for this tumor and prognosis in the previous reports has been variable.Herein we report our experience with a 60-year-old woman presenting with hemoptysis and ...
متن کاملAnatomical Segmentectomy with a Hybrid VATS Approach in a Patient with Intralobar Pulmonary Sequestration after Severe Pneumonia: A Case Report
Anatomical segmentectomy is an advantageous procedure because it spares healthy lung that has potential to show compensatory growth after lung resection and decreases the risk of air leak and residual resection, which becomes a problem in wedge resection. However, anatomical segmentectomy has not become a common procedure in pediatrics because it requires more complicated procedure than lobecto...
